PERSONAL TRAINING

Training is such a vital part of your health and well-being. We are a private fitness and wellbeing Gym. All PT sessions are 50 minutes each to allow for additional cleaning due to Covid.

  • €50 per session

  • €200 - 5 sessions per person

  • €50 per session for two people training together,normally 60 per session.

  • €250 - 5 sessions for 2 people training together (BIG SAVINGS)

  • €250 - 10 sessions ( 30 minutes ) Online

PHYSIOTHERAPIST & SPORTS MASSAGE ONSITE

We offer vital Physiotherapy and Sports Massage services onsite at Swords Fitness Hub. This helps your body recover, heal and rehabilitate so that you can have a healthy life, without the pain. Pain management is often a key obstacle keeping people from exercise and all the benefits it brings. Sport’s therapy is a lifeline to those who are injured and for chronic pain management.

I have been based in Swords for many years.

The Gym has a large selection of Dbells, Free Weights and Strength & Conditioning machines.There is a lift and toilets on site.

Pilates Corporate classes are currently running ONLINE.

NUTRITION

Diet plays a huge part in your success. Approximately 70% of your success will come from your diet and 30% from exercise.

When you sign up for personal training with Alan Dunne you will receive a meal plan, hints and tips for keeping focussed on your goal, whether it is weight loss, toning up or getting fit for that special day.  Including healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner and sample snacks.
