ALAN’S STORY 

I am based at Swords Fitness Hub, Chambers Building, North St, Swords. I have 20rs experience as a personal trainer PT and fitness instructor I currently work with individuals on a one or two to one Personal Training basis in our private Gym.

I was named Freelance Personal Trainer of the Year 2018. The Nutramino Health and Fitness Awards recognised my work with special needs clients and highlighting my long-term approach to improving overall health and mobility. Since 2010, I have specialised in training individuals from the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Ireland devising programmes to help improve mobility, flexibility and well-being. I also train people with Parkinson's ,Cerebral Palsy and Down Syndrome on a one to one basis .I also teach group Pilates classes online.

I am passionate about fitness, nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle. I am married to Lisa, and a father to Sophie, Daniel and Sadie. I have 3 All Ireland medals for Junior athletics and successfully ran the Dublin City Marathon. I climbed Lugnaquilla for Focus Ireland and trained the Unicef womens mini Marathon team.
